Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all seals and tags intact.
- If your product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, it qualifies for return even if it has been opened. Please contact us immediately in such cases so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days. After that, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal), depending on your bank or provider.
