Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. This includes all 50 states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time & Carriers
We partner with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your package. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at info@jomallone.it.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Jomallone is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier directly. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
