The Jomaaloviense website and all its contents, including product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, and text, are the exclusive intellectual property of Jomaaloviense. Copying, distributing, or using any part of the site content without our express written permission is prohibited. Use of the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose is strictly forbidden.
Product Descriptions and Imagery
We take care to describe and photograph our fragrance and home scent products accurately. However, due to differences in screen settings and the organic nature of some ingredients, the actual product color or packaging detail may have slight variations from what appears on your monitor. A product’s scent is described as faithfully as possible but is a subjective experience. All product information is presented for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Orders and Acceptance
A product listing on our site is an invitation to make an order, not a binding offer. When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order before it ships. An order is only confirmed once you receive an email titled “Order Confirmation.” Situations that result in cancellation include, but are not limited to, pricing errors on the website, unavailability of inventory, or the identification of a transaction as potentially fraudulent. If cancellation occurs, any payment that has been processed will be refunded in full.

All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD). The amount you see at checkout is the total you are charged, with no additional or hidden fees added during the payment process. Shipping and Delivery
Shipment is governed by our Shipping Policy. The delivery date is always an estimate. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays directly caused by the carrier, but we will assist you as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Return, Refund, and Cancellation
Returns and refunds are processed according to our published Return & Refund Policy. You cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped; after receiving it, the return process applies.

Jomaaloviense is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the website, except to the extent prohibited by law. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the total purchase price paid for that specific product.
